Inspirational posters

I love inspirational posters, so I decided to make two on my own with Photoshop, choosing the colors I like the most (green and light blu) and the right words for me. If you don’t have Photoshop or just don’t have the time, on Etsy.com you can find a lot of them at very cheap prices.

Home Office

Working at home can be really cool, especially when outside is pouring or unbelievably cold and all you have to do is moving from your bedroom to the next room wrapped in a blanket with a hot cup of coffee in your hand – yeah, very cool. Of course in working at home there are also some not-so-positive aspects. For me there are no saturdays or sundays, I work every single day with no big exceptions. When I had to create my home studio I took some inspirations from the following pictures: light colors, big table, little furnishing. In my home office I just have a white table and a white chair from Ikea, a white lamp from Artemide and some shelves. As the room is pretty small, I’ve hung some mirrors on the walls, to make it look bigger.

Sunday lunch

Recipe 1 final

Sunday lunch for me means something easy to make, so today I’ve opt for a simple and light pasta al pomodoro.

I used very few ingredients:

– Pasta “caserecce”: a short type of pasta originally from Sicily, but well know all over the south of Italy

– Cherry tomatoes

– Half of a white onion

– Chives

– Oil, salt, sugar

First I put a spoon of oil in a pan and then the chopped onion. After five minutes I added the cherry tomatoes, a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar, cooking the sauce for about twenty minutes. Once the pasta was ready I put it in the pan, mixed with the sauce and then served it in a bowl with some chopped chives. As he pasta was gluten free I cooked it al dente to be sure it wasn’t going to break, gluten free products tend to crumble more than traditional ones.

I wish everyone a wonderful Sunday!
